Camper rates are set for the season. Cabin rates are introductory while we open our first year, so this is the lowest they will be. No hidden fees, and you only pay the deposit after we confirm your dates.

Booking deposit
A 25% deposit holds your dates once we confirm them. The rest is due 72 hours before you arrive.
Security deposit
A refundable $300 security deposit is due before your stay. We return it after a quick check once you head home.
Delivery and setup
We deliver and set up the camper within 70 miles of Millersburg. The first 25 miles are on us, then it is $3 per mile one way.
Cancellation
Cancel 14 or more days out for a full refund, 7 to 13 days out for 50%, and inside 7 days is non-refundable.
