Clear policies, no surprises.
Here is how we keep every stay simple and fair. Your dates are held with a 25% deposit once we confirm them, and our public calendar only shows which dates are open or taken, never your name or trip details.
Booking deposit
25% due to hold approved dates. Remaining balance is due 72 hours before arrival.
Security deposit
$300 refundable security deposit due before the stay and released after return inspection.
Delivery and setup
Camper delivery/setup available within 70 miles of Millersburg. First 25 miles included; additional miles billed at $3 per mile one way.
Pickup option
Pickup may be approved for experienced tow vehicles and drivers. Valid ID and proof of insurance required.
Cancellation
Full refund 14+ days before arrival, 50% refund 7-13 days before arrival, no refund inside 7 days.
Pets
Up to two approved pets allowed with a $50 pet cleaning fee. Pets must be disclosed before booking.
No smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the camper or cabin. Smoke odor or damage may forfeit the security deposit.
Check-in / checkout
Standard arrival is 3 PM and checkout is 11 AM unless a different window is approved.
Cleaning
Basic cleaning is included. Excessive mess, stains, or damage may be charged against the security deposit.
