Rental terms.
Booking and approval
An online booking is pending until YoderLodging confirms the dates, trip details, property rules, and required deposit. The website may show available dates, but final confirmation protects both the renter and the property from scheduling mistakes.
Deposits and payment
Approved dates are held with a 25% booking deposit. The remaining rental balance is due 72 hours before arrival. A refundable $300 security deposit may be required before the rental begins and may be used for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, late checkout, or policy violations.
Availability calendar
Unavailable dates may be shown publicly so visitors can avoid requesting blocked weekends. Customer names, contact details, exact stay locations, and private trip notes are not displayed publicly.
Delivery, setup, and pickup
Camper delivery and setup are available within the published service area when scheduling allows. Some camper pickup requests may be approved for qualified renters with proper towing experience, valid identification, insurance, and an approved tow vehicle. Cabin stays follow the confirmed arrival instructions.
Renter responsibilities
Renters are expected to use the camper or cabin carefully, follow property and campsite rules, keep indoor spaces smoke-free, disclose pets before booking, report issues quickly, and leave included items in reasonable condition.
Cancellations and changes
Date changes are subject to availability and must be approved. Cancellations follow the published cancellation policy shown on the pricing and policies pages.
Damage, cleaning, and late return
Damage, smoke odor, missing gear, excessive mess, unauthorized pets, or late checkout may result in additional charges or loss of part or all of the security deposit.
Privacy
Booking information is used to answer requests, manage reservations, collect payments when applicable, and coordinate the rental. Private renter details are not shown on the public availability calendar.
